By using the TC Designz Studio website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:

  • Any designs, products, and services that are custom‑created based on client requests are non-refundable.

  • Payment is required before any design work begins.

  • Turnaround times vary based on client responsiveness, project type, workload and availability of resources.

  • TC Designz Studio reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content.

  • Clients agree not to reproduce, resell, or redistribute any TC Designz Studio designs without written permission.

  • TC Designz Studio is not liable for delays caused by third‑party vendors, printers, or shipping carriers.

  • By submitting content, clients confirm they have the legal right to use all images, logos, and text provided.

  • Clients agree to allow TC Designz Studio to advertise, promote or otherwise display finished works on any platform or using any media of choice included, but not limited to printed materials and social media platforms.

  • All clients receive a proof for approval before print or production.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs, including spelling, colors, layout, and design details.

  • Production will not begin until approval is received.

  • Once approval is given, TC Designz Studio is not responsible for any errors or changes discovered afterward. Further edits and changes can be made to any artwork but will incur additional charges after the first round of revisions.


  • Any sale of products that are custom‑made specifically for a client is final, due to the personalized nature of the work
  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed once production has started.
  • Custom orders cannot be changed after approval.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
  • All digital products are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable.
  • Digital files are delivered in the formats listed in the product description.
  • Clients are responsible for downloading and storing their files.
  • Redistribution, resale, or modification of digital files without permission is prohibited.
  • Full payment is required before design work begins.
  • Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit cards, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle and other listed options at checkout.
  • Deposits (if applicable) are non‑refundable.
  • Orders not paid within the required timeframe may be canceled.
  • Late payments may delay project timelines.
  • TC Designz Studio retains ownership of all original artwork, concepts, and design files unless otherwise stated.
  • Clients receive usage rights for the final approved design for personal or business use.
  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim the design as their own.
  • TC Designz Studio reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
  • Cancellations are only allowed before any design work begins.
  • Once a project has started or a proof has been sent, cancellations are no longer permitted.
  • Deposits and payments made prior to cancellation are non‑refundable.
  • If a client becomes unresponsive for 14 days, the project may be closed with no refund.
  • Turnaround times vary by project and will be communicated during ordering.
  • Delays in client responses may extend the project timeline.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
  • All communication must be submitted through the approved contact channels listed on our website.
  • Colors may vary between digital screens and printed products.
  • TC Designz Studio is not responsible for delays caused by printers, or third‑party vendors.
  • TC Designz Studio is not liable for delays, lost packages or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
  • We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business resulting from the use of our designs.
  • All information on this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • Our website may use cookies to improve user experience, track analytics, and personalize content.

  • For order issues, please include your name and project details and photos (if applicable).
  • if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will make or replace the item at no additional cost if the error is verified.
